Dr. Maria Walwema is a PhD-prepared registered nurse and academic leader in nursing education who serves as Dean of Nursing Education at FVI School of Nursing and Technology. Based in the South Florida area, she brings advanced clinical and educational expertise to her work, with credentials that include RN, MSN-NHCE, and PhD, and academic preparation listed through the University of Phoenix.

Throughout her leadership at FVI School of Nursing and Technology, Dr. Walwema has excelled in senior roles guiding nursing education and supporting the school’s academic mission.
