Students may be eligible for various types of financial aid including grants, scholarships, loans, and work-study programs. Additionally, nursing students may have the opportunity for specialized scholarships or even loan forgiveness programs.

Students need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This form determines eligibility for federal grants, loans, and work-study programs. Additional applications may be required for additional scholarships or other forms of aid.

Grants are typically awarded based on financial need and do not need to be repaid, while loans must be repaid with interest. Grants may be provided by the federal government, state governments, or private organizations, while loans are often offered through government programs or private lenders.
