David Sola

David Sola has a professional background that combines EMS operations, organizational leadership, emergency response, training, and education. His experience extends well beyond the classroom. As an EMS leader, Mr. Sola has been involved in high-level emergency preparedness and response initiatives and has participated in Urban Search & Rescue activities. In 2026, he was recognized as part of a Miami Beach Fire Department team deployed with South Florida Urban Search & Rescue Task Force 2 to assist communities following a major international disaster.

 

At FVI, Mr. Sola lead the EMS program. His approach helps connect classroom instruction with the realities of emergency response—giving students insight into the teamwork, judgment, communication, professionalism, and technical preparation required of successful EMS professionals.

 

Through his dual roles as an educator and active EMS leader, David Sola exemplifies FVI’s commitment to providing students with instruction informed by current industry practices and real-world healthcare experience. His goal is not simply to prepare students for the classroom, but to help them develop the knowledge, confidence, professionalism, and readiness needed to serve their communities when it matters most.
