Douglas Gardens CMHC is actively hiring for a full time Medical Assistant.
Job Functions:
- Collect patient vitals,
- Complete health assessments,
- Collect lab samples (blood or urine),
- Prepare lab samples for pick-up services by lab,
- Administer injections,
- Secure prescriptions and distribute to clients,
- Monitor patients,
- Care coordination,
- Complete documentation of services in electronic medical record system,
- Complete medical paper work under the direct responsibility of a physician.
