Dear Prospective and Current FVI Students,

FVI School of Nursing and Technology (FVI) is pleased to share that it has begun the process to come under the new ownership of FVI Education, Inc., a non-profit subsidiary of Vocate Education Solutions, Inc., a non-profit corporation focused on healthcare education. The transition is expected to occur on or after Dec. 1, 2026, subject to required regulatory and accrediting approval processes.
This planned change in the ownership of FVI will not, in any way, change the educational experience you know today.
What stays the same:

  • FVI School of Nursing and Technology’s name will remain the same.
  • FVI’s campus and academic leadership will remain the same.
  • Your classes, instructors, clinical rotations, and academic schedules are expected to continue as planned.
  • Your earned credits, current tuition arrangements, financial aid, and payment plans are expected to remain unchanged.
  • Your program requirements and path to graduation will continue as scheduled.
  • Student services, career services, academic support, and financial aid support will continue to be provided by the same FVI team.
  • Your diploma or degree will continue to be conferred by FVI School of Nursing and Technology.
No action is required from you at this time. We will provide additional information when the change is completed. For questions, please contact us at [email protected]. We are proud of our students and excited about this next chapter for FVI, our prospective students, current students and our community partners.
    Warm regards,
