FVI prides itself on NCLEX results. With passing rates higher than the state and federal averages, we know we are doing it right. With the rigorous curriculum and expectations, students are prepared. FVI has test preparation classes and student monitoring to ensure competency levels are on track.
FVI continues to build a brand that represents high-quality education. Curriculum development, expert faculty, and a long–term strategy for continued growth enable FVI to have year-over-year successes.
FVI works with students to help them refine the soft skills that are needed to be successful in today’s healthcare environment. The combination of traditional healthcare classes and career readiness classes are leading to prepared graduates and improved outcomes. Our students are educated on bedside manner/patient communication and communication with peers and team members.
FVI is continuously adding to our modern facilities. With sim labs and skill labs to aid in training and the tools to create life-like environments, our students are practicing what they are learning and implementing the results.
Didactics are just the beginning. FVI continues to invest in our sim labs and values our relationships with clinical partners so students can learn in the field.
FVI believes in long-term relationships. An FVI partnership is not just based on hiring graduating students. We want to understand your processes, culture, and needs. FVI can help with students for clinicals, health fairs, and more. There are opportunities for field trips to employer locations and we encourage our partners to come to visit our facilities to learn about our school, and students, and perhaps even speak to a class!
We believe in being a great neighbor. Whether that means students taking vitals etc at a health fair, students and team members assisting in a beach cleanup or donating blood, or teaching the next generation of healthcare students, FVI gives back.
At FVI, we are providing students with potential, and the opportunity to join the industry that we are all so passionate about. We know that our graduates will be depended on by our communities at various facilities and we get excited to hear about their success stories!
